Have you ever been to one of those boring courses in which the presenter went on and on in a boring monotone voice talking about something that they knew very little about? Well this is not one of those courses! Our materials are up to date and meet industry standards for content and delivery. Our instructors are a former State restaurant and hospitality inspector and food service instructors that have years of experience teaching adults. They not only know about the food code and what it takes to run a successful food establishment, they are also well versed in OSHA, Fire, and other important regulations that effect your business. Food Production Managers Course![]() 2021
Recent changes in the food code has made it a requirement for establishments that serve or prepare food to have a "certified food production manager" on staff. In addition to the food manager, they must also have a designated "person in charge" present at all times during operations. This "person in charge needs to be trained in the same requirements found in the food production managers course. We offer the accredited and approved ServSafe "Food Managers" course and exam. The one-day course covers the requirements needed to be named as a food production manager as well as the "person in charge". While no one can guarantee that you will pass any exam; we have one of the highest pass rates in the industry. This is because we specialize (and have degrees) in adult training for safety and health topics. Our instructors know the materials, the industry, and how to explain it to adults in a way that de-mystifies the materials. If you have taken classes from other trainers and not passed the exam, talk to us and consider attending one of our classes for your re-take. Books are provided for student use and there is an exam at the end of the course. Classes are offered throughout the week, on Saturdays or split between two night classes) Students registered for any of our Food Production Manager classes have access to our "Service One" study materials (study guide) and pre-test designed for the actual test given at the end of each training session. Once you have registered for class ask for the free access code to the study materials. It is strongly suggested that you study for this test. The test is designed for those with years of experience or who have "studied" for the test. *** Our Course covers the latest materials and the current test being used. Class is designed for: Restaurants, bars, food trucks, hotels, cafeterias, booster clubs, churches, concessionaires, food vendors, and all other permitted food establishments. Through our partnership with Clovis Community College and NMJC we have agreed to offer all Food Production Manager Classes at our member price of... $125 +tx To register for classes, Please click on the location of the class you want. Want us to proctor a test or re-test for ServSafe? Proctor sessions can be done on the days and locations listed below. Proctor sessions are $65 (per person) and include the test. Spanish Reading Students: All of our classes are taught in English, however if you would like to take the written test in Spanish (or other languages) we can accommodate you if you make your request no later than 15 days before a class you have registered for. Upcoming additional dates for Roswell and Clovis are being finalized. Don't Have Time To Take a Class?Don't have time to take one of our scheduled classes? We can travel to you! If you can guaranty a minimum class size of 12 students or more we will travel to your location and deliver a class..... even on a weekend! Restaurants, groups, and organizations can get together and order a private class or guaranty a public class and save time by having the class locally. This works out great for remote areas, sports complexes, corporations, and civic organizations. Just email us with your question or contact info and we will be glad to give you a call.
Have you taken the class from another course provider or just need to take the test only?
A few of our students feel as though they already have enough experience to take the exam without attending the class. While we do not suggest this (due to the changes and new materials) we do provide a proctoring service for those individuals. Our pass rate is much higher than other course providers around the United States. However, sometimes students need to take the test over again to do better. We offer the test only for students that have taken the class from other providers or just need to retest. |
Private Inspections and Audits
