Because we are specialist with years of experience, we can put a customized class together meeting industry or your specific needs in no time at all. There are a minimum number of students that need to be enrolled for some classes but the general requirement is seven. This will allow you to keep your employees trained while controlling the cost involved with hotels and travel. Service One members also benefit by signing up for compliance packages for their company. A compliance package is a group of classes that employees can log on to our website, attend the training, take a test if needed, and have a completion certificate printed for their training records upon successful completion. These classes can be left open or can be scheduled with a proctor "if needed". |
Customized Inspections and Program Reviews Our Instructors have been responsible for the training of Company Owners, Managers, Supervisors, Safety Engineers, and employees for over 37 years. In addition they have also trained many of the government inspectors that may "visit" your company. Why not get trained by the individuals who train many govt. inspectors?
You may already have an assigned "Safety Person" working at your company or you may pay another "Safety Company" to run your programs. If you are happy with their work or "service" then ask yourself if they could use some help making sure everything is up to code. If you feel that they could use some help understanding OSHA or Fire regulations or maybe just need their paperwork reviewed then we can assist. If you think that they need a lot of help or that the company you hired may not know what they are talking about then we can step in and set your designated safety person up with developing your program or training. If needed we can sit down with you and show you what is supposed to be done "according to the regulations" and discuss how it is normally accomplished. The bottom line is that you have someone on your team that knows what they are talking about and can decipher safety double-talk. |
Customer Service Audits and Management Reviews Hiring a "shopper" to secretly come in and review how they were treated is a very good way to determine if policies or employees training is working. Unfortunately, it is limited to the experience of the shopper in evaluating the scenario and checking off a predetermined "box" on a form. Many fortune 500 companies have discovered that keeping a customer happy is 4-10 times less expensive than acquiring a new one!
Our auditors go beyond scratching the surface of customer care and can identify and analyze deeper problems such as policy and or procedures. We can sit down with you and help you identify measurable goals and objectives in policy, procedures, and customer care. The important thing to remember is that you decide how you would like the employee to react to a standard or special scenario, according to your policies and procedures. We will help you develop the criteria for a revealed or incognito, successful audit, conduct the audit, and submit a written report and analysis of what we found. From there, you can plan your own training or we will assist you in developing training that can insure your customers receive a good experience.. All information is kept confidential and audits or customer retention plans can be conducted on just about any type of business that deals with customers. |
