HACCP Plan Training Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan development is essential for every restaurant and required by the food code. While most classes will tell you that you are required to have a HACCP plan in place... few will tell you how to develop one.
This half-day course teaches the elements involved in developing a HACCP plan that meets the code. Students will have a chance to develop a site specific plan for their food establishment as they "learn while doing".
