This is for the ServSafe Food Production Manager (FPM) test or re-test only.
It is our policy that we offer test proctoring services for students that can show documentation of taking an approved ServSafe FPM course. Proctored test are given at the end of a scheduled training session and must be scheduled no less than 15 business days in advance of the class. Private proctoring sessions may be arranged with an additional charge for travel by calling our main office.
